Sales Tax
Josef Boutique is located in California and we are required by law to charge sales tax within California. In Menlo Park the sales tax rate is 9.250%. No other states are charged sales tax.

Shipping Policy
Josef Boutique offers FREE SHIPPING to all 50 States and the United Kingdom by UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Air Mail. Items are usually shipped the next business day and have a transit time of approximately 5-10 business days. For the United Kingdom, items may be delayed by several weeks due to customs. We do not ship orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday are usually shipped on Monday.

International Shipping
Josef Boutique offers worldwide International shipping by USPS Air Mail. All international orders are charged a flat shipping rate of $10 USD. Typical transit time is 5-10 business days, but on occasion items may be delayed by several weeks due to customs.

Online Return Policy
Josef Boutique takes pride in offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your full-priced purchase, return the item in its original condition postmarking (or FedEx/UPS) the package within 14 days of your receipt for a full refund, less shipping costs. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was sent; clean, unwashed, unworn and with the original tags attached. Tags that have been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in any way will not be accepted. All returns are subject to approval.

We do not accept returns on SALE items. Purchases of SALE items are FINAL.

How to Return
Email info@josefboutique.com for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). We will call you back with one. Then simply fill out the return form included with your order. Send back your item(s) with the return form postmarking the package within 14 days of your receipt of the order.

You will receive an email notifying you when your return is complete, approximately 5-7 business days from our receipt of your item. Please allow additional time for your credit card company to process.

Josef Boutique will not sell, trade, share or give away our customer information. We use the information we collect from you to process orders and to customize your shopping experience.
